LOCATION:

Cnoc nan Cubhaig is a spacious detached bungalow situated at the foot of mountain range 'Beinn A' Bheithir' in the heart of the Scottish Highland village of Ballachulish. The cottage enjoys  a peaceful, scenic location with views across the surrounding mountains, Lochs and Glens. Ballachulish is a picturesque village on the shores of Loch Leven, offering a well stocked local shop, post office, hotel, pub and doctor's surgery. The location is ideal to take full advantage of the many leisure and pleasure activities, which the area, known as 'The Outdoors Capital Of The UK' , has to offer. The mountains of Glencoe are within two miles while the town of Fort William is only twelve miles further north, boasting local culture, the West Highland Railway and large well known stores. Watersports can be enjoyed on Loch Leven, which opens into Loch Linnhe and gives access westwards to the inner isles and eastwards to the Caledonian canal. There are unrivalled mountain biking opportunities along the numerous mountain, forest, and loch trails.

PETS:

Unfortunately some members of our family have an allergy to animal hair, therefore we are not able to accomodate pets within the home and cannot allow their inclusion in the guest party.

 

 

DISABLED ACCESS:

The cottage is easily accessible to wheelchair users through the rear of the property via the ramp to the decked area and directly to the rear double patio doors into the kitchen, or alternatively through the utility room.

Located in the small village of Ballachulish, situated off the A82, a mile from Glencoe and between Glencoe & Fort William - more detailed directions will be supplied following finalisation of the booking.
